The dezrez team pride themselves on the way we support our estate agents. We like to think we deal with our customers in an efficient and effective manor but we know there is always room for improvement. Stand still at your peril – stop moving and get overtaken by your competition! We are currently looking at our support team and looking at the ways we handle our customers. We are examining the software we use, the methods of delivering support (twitter, live chat, electronic tickets etc) and making some big decisions on how we can improve the department and move forward. I agree with the point we all have to move forward. I would go further and suggest the service industries need to be agressive about efficiency like manufacturing.
