If you could have 3 wishes for your property management software what would they be?

1. Productivity – minimum key presses to achieve the results I need.
2. Lettings orientated – I want to “refund a tenant” not raise a credit, print a credit, create a payment etc. etc.
3. Customer service focused e.g. text reminders for appointments and online availablility of statements/ tax info for landlords.
