
We have recently released our new Help And Support Centre within the software to increase the support we offer to you… our customers.
The new Help and Support Centre will offer a Live Chat system directly to our support technicians giving you a new way to contact us other than telephone and email. The live chat feature will allow you to talk directly to a support representative and allow them to connect to your PC if needed in a hassle free manor, this allows us to provide instant support to you.
There will also be a knowledge base incorporated allowing you to search for answers to frequently asked questions or download a PDF guide to areas of our software.
To access the Help and Support Center click on the medical box on your dezrez dashboard and select Help and Support Centre
