1. Go to the on market property 
2. Property status page of property in question
3. Click ‘edit values’ button
4. Tick let agreed

That property is then marked as let agreed, this is all you need to do within dezrez, however you may need to contact your web developer in order to activate this for your website.

I think you are quite right to say that it wouldn&#039;t be practical to include all of the costs. It would also be, I can imagine, a little bit of &#039;information overload&#039; to the prospect before they&#039;ve even made an enquiry. People are unsure of what is completely acceptable in accordance with the changes however some are simply putting like you mentioned, a disclaimer or piece of text to say &#039;excluding agent fees&#039; or &#039;please contact us to find out about the fees&#039;. 

We&#039;ve been asking individuals on various platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and here to gauge what individuals thoughts are on the matter and we&#039;re releasing another blog post following this to explain how dezrez clients can make the changes. This is so that they are not in danger of incurring any fines and in accordance with the changes / new expectations.

Each agency will work differently and exploit different parts of the software according to their style and the market they are in. If the training was aimed more at achieving Customer Service Level 1-5 underpinned by an understanding of how the software supports this perhaps with an NVQ/ BTech/ NAEA award achieved at the end might have a greater appeal.]]></description>

iOS pre- v5 had to be updated through iTunes, so I’d advise they get the latest iTunes, plug in the ipad, check for updates in iTunes and that should do it.
